We booked this hostel based on the positive reviews found on the website. When I read that it had recently been established as a hostel/hotel, I assumed it meant that it was an older hostel with renovations to some of the rooms in order for it to be classified as a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised on arrival to find out that the entire place was brand new! Everything was new and clean and smartly designed. The staff were extremely friendly, and the common areas (bar, living room with couches and tv, and tabled areas where breakfast was served) were clean and comfortable.
The only complaint was the temperamental wi-fi connection which rarely stayed connected in the room, and was only marginally better in the main floor common areas.
Beware that the directions from the train station are also a little misleading - there are two possible exits from the underground terminal, and the listed directions don't note this. And actually, the directions don't seem to be correct no matter which exit you come out of.
It's a little far south of the Old Town area (~15-20 min walk, which in retrospect is only far by North American standards, and is quite reasonable for any European resident), but easily accessible by tram. We also found a couple of other interesting bars in the immediate area.
Overall, it was one of the cleanest and most modern places we stayed at during our trip and I would definitely stay there again.
