The apartment was spotless, the furniture and aircon new. There was not enough space to leave luggage, just one small cupboard and wardrobe. Most stuff had to be left on the floor. The kitchen was new as well, fridge, cooking plates and water supply were OK, but cutlery/ kitchen equipment was minimalistic. Distance to the old town is very short and convenient, but it takes 2km to the beach, not 300m as advertised.
Floors are very thin, so you hear the neighbours talking and walking.

About Apartments Leticia
We are located in the old part of town, 200m from the center 300m from the beach and 500m from the port.
Newly built apartments just in use for the last two months. Everything is new inside and
the apartments are equipped with Air condition, Satelite TV, Internet,Kitchen, Bathroom, Heating,Double room and Public parking.
It is located on the gate of Dioclecianus Palace (only 5 minutes walking from the apartment). We are in the old part of city witch is very calm and nice place and just around the corner 200 meters away is full of fun and enjoyment .

The owner is very friendly, brought us cake on some days and was very flexible arranging hand-over of keys, bringing new towels etc.
A recommendation for short stays!
Great appartment, modern, clean and recently decorated with a very welcoming hostess. Location excellent. You should let them know if you are arriving by car rather than on foot as there is a different meeting point for cars.

Directions
From the main bus, train, ferry or airport terminal go to the Diocletian palace and pass our promenade street to the end.
There you will see church with clock and big red building.
From there go on right side and walk some 150m just straight.
There you will see on your left side bank (Splitska banka ).
From there go left (up).
Thet is a bigining of Krizeva Street.
You have to pass it to the top and take the third street and go right
and you are in KAMENITA Street.
Follow the numbers and you will be in our place in a moment.
