A beautiful colonial style hostel in the historical heart of Trinidad.
The casa is run by Carlos and Rebeca who is a very good cook. Ask to Rebeca especially for her "langosta en salsa" and her "camarones en grillé".
There is more though: you can try a lot of others exquisite dishes. Ask to Carlos for his "puerco asado" (meat) or his "pargo asado" (fish).
The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis and sheets are changed frequently. You can have your clothes washed an ironed without any problem.
The house has also a patio, living room with television, DVD and hi-fi.
Guests can also enjoy 2 beautiful and panoramic terraces.
The house has many furnishings and objects of the colonial age and is listed in the Lonely Planet guide.
The house has 3 bedrooms for rent:
- bedroom 1 has 1 bed and can sleep two people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.
- bedroom 2 also has 1 bed and can sleep two people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.
- bedroom 3 has 2 beds and can sleep up to 4 people. It has air-conditioning, electric fan, fridge and 1 independent bathroom with warm water.
All the bedrooms are in the house where all the family live, eat and sleep.
There is only one (shared) entrance to the house.
The Casa is in daily contact with taxi drivers and can arrange for a a taxi to pick you up from Jose Marti Airport La Habana which normally costs 30 CUC by taxi.
