Welcome to the Carpe diem guesthouse and experience romantic environment of XIX century in the house built up in Secession style (1890) and completely renovated this year. The property is located in the very town centre with the beautiful view on the main town's theatre and ancient town walls. It takes only 5-10 minutes by walk from the bus and train station and ferry port and within one minute walk you will discover the breathtaking Diocletian s Palace, public transport, shopping, nightlife and a whole lot more.
The property provides one appartment (2+1) which is allocated as a triple private ensuite, 1 double room and 1 triple room with shared bathroom.
Our 3bed private ensuite can accomodate up to 3-4 persons. It has one bedroom with two single beds and a sofa (additional bed for 1-2 persons), fully equipped kitchen with dining room, and a bathroom. It is equipped with air condition, cable TV, CD, big fridge with freezer, oven, microvawe, dish machine, iron, hair drier and all other domestic utensils. The use of laundry machine is charged 5 Euro per day.
Our double room is 14m2 large, it has one double bed (160x200), air condition, cable TV.
Our triple room is 21m2 large, it has three single beds, air condition.
You can check-in after 13 p.m. Check out is before 10.30 a.m.
Our staff speaks english, french and italian.
IMPORTANT NOTE: At the present time we do not provide credit card facilities. All our guests pay in cash (Croatian Kuna) at arrival.

From the central bus/train station and ferry/catamaran port in Split:
DIRECTIONS:
The adress of our apartment is Slavićeva ulica 7, it's the corner of Slavićeva and Kačićeva ulica. From the bus/train station and ferry port proceed to the Diocletian palace. When you reach the south-eastern corner of the palace turn right to the Hrvojeva street you will see the big green market on the right. Proceed to the end of Hrvojeva street and you will reach a city park called Strossmayerov park or Djardin. Turn on the left, follow the ancient city walls (soon you''ll see a huge statue of Grgur Ninski) to the end and then turn right to Nodilova street. On the end of Nodilova street you have to cross Sinjska street, you'll see a little park on the right and China shop on the left. After this park, turn left and 10-20 meters you will reach Slavićeva street. The adress of the Carpe Diem appartments is Slavićeva 7. On the 2nd floor in the apartment Mladinić will be waiting for you our employee Gorana. She will take you to your room on the third floor and give you the keys. Gorana lives on the second floor (apartment Mladinić) so she will be at your service whatever you might need, so you can always apply to her. If you will have any problems with finding our apartment, you can contact us phone.
