We have a quite and safe house with three rooms for rent where privacy, comfort, daily cleaning, linen & towel replacement included and attention and information to our guests are top priority.

With great care we are always willing to fulfil your wishes taking care at all times of everything you may need until last detail, since a welcome smile up to the kindest attention, being this the secret of a truly unforgettable stay.

Our rooms can be for single or double use depending on the guests’ needs, equipped with air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, bathroom in between, and cold & hot water 24 hours a day, all with their separate keys.

We have another bathroom that can be used by the guests who wish to.

We know there are several types of holidays, suitable for each time and season of the year, therefore, depending on whether you wish to travel in couple or with your family, we can adapt our rooms to your needs.

Our guests can use the rest of the house which has a living room sightseeing the University Steps, a sitting room with TV, telephone and a dinning-kitchen well-equipped.

We also offer breakfast at a reasonable price where tropical juices and fruits take priority, dinner and laundry services.

Take a couch or a taxi and search for Boyeros Avenue. Continue along Boyeros Ave. until to Revolution square (traffic light) and cross Paseo Ave. Continue straight ahead Boyeros Ave. until the second avenue named Carlos Tercero (traffic light). Cross this Second Avenue and search for the University Avenue. It is the first entrance you will find on the right. Continue straight ahead till the end of this street which ends across from the University Staircase/Steps. Then turn right on San Lazaro Street. The first building on the right at 1219 apartment 2 is your destination. It is on the corner adjacent to Mella Memorial.
