Refundable Damage Deposit:

The refundable security deposit requested varies accordingly to the length of your stay and the apartment selected; it follows the scheme below:

a) If the stay is the same or less than 2 weeks: The equivalent for 1 week of rent.

b) If the stay is between 2 weeks and a month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent.

c) If the stay is longer than a month: The equivalent for a month of rent.

Cancellation policy:

More than 30 days before the day of arrival:

10% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

Between 30 and 8 days before the day of arrival:

20% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

Between 7 and 1 day before the day of arrival:

40% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

No show and cancellation the same day:

50% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).
