Melo & Ayacucho Apartments are excellent studios located in the beautiful area of Recoleta, close to different attractions as well as Plaza Francia where on weekends a fantastic crafts fair is held.

Melo & Ayacucho has 4 marvellous studios available for temporary rent in Buenos Aires (Argentina), located in Recoleta neighborhood, meters away from the famous cemetery which is surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants and discotheques.

Complete with a queen bed and a single sofa bed and designed in a modern and luminous style, the Apartments have everything that is necessary for your stay in Buenos Aires and are ideal for couples and twin travelers.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

The refundable security deposit requested varies accordingly to the length of your stay and the apartment selected; it follows the scheme below:

a) If the stay is the same or less than 2 weeks: The equivalent for 1 week of rent.

b) If the stay is between 2 weeks and a month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent.

c) If the stay is a month: The equivalent for 2 weeks of rent.

d) If the stay is longer than a month: The equivalent for a month of rent.

Check in is from Monday to Friday from 09.00 am until 5.29 pm. and Saturdays from 09:00 am until 01:29 pm. After this time or date (holidays included) you have to pay an extra fee of U$S 15. If the check in is between 12.00 am and 07.00 am you have to pay U$S 20.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations notice 8 or more days in advance:

20% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

Between 7 and 1 day before the day of arrival:

40% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

No show and cancellation the same day:

50% of the full amount will be charged + $40 (administration fees).

We are an hour away from Buenos Aires Airport. You can get a taxi from the airport direct to the hostel which will cost approximately 38 dollars.
