It’s located 100 meter from the sea in typical Dalmatian old stone house and in very peaceful area cause just 100m from the city center, Diokletian palace, Peristil and all others historical site of this 1700 years old city.
Very cute garden is in the front of the house and a court. Also the sandy beach is close to the apartment. For hot days in Split, the apartment has air conditioning.

Just 2 minutes walk by the sea side to the train station, bus station, ferry port, where you can visit Croatian islands in a daily trip. The ferry is driving every 30 minutes to the Hvar, Brac, Korcula, Vis etc.

It is very easy and close to come till the apartment if you come with bus or train or ferry you have just to walk over the walking area the promenade and there you are . Also from airport if you come once to the center it is the apartment very near from the promenade .
