Excellent - best place we stayed in during trip up the coast.
Neven gave us a great welcome with a thorough overview of the activities & sights in the Zadar area.
The place is right on the coast (11 second walk to the beach - 9 seconds if the gate is open!). Quick 8 kuna bus ride will get you into Zadar. Buses run 2x an hour all day until late at nigh. Sufficient amenities with a supermarket and restaurants in the area.

Apartments house on the beach.Only 3 kilometers from the centar of Zadar.
Completely equipped apartments with one or two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, a living room, terrace with sea view, parking place, grill in the garden. The price includes: linen, towels, equipped kitchen, electricity and water consumption, a satellite TV, Air conditioning, heating.
Floor: 1, 2, 3 in an accommodation of 3 floors.
Sea view.
Beach: 30 m (Pebbly beach, Rocky beach, sandy beach).
Restaurant: 100 m, Shop: 100 m
Supermarket: 600 m
Town centre: 3 km Zadar, Airport: 15 km,

Offer plus: BOAT: We offer several programs (adjustable to your desires). It is up to you to choose among: daily cruising, daily, night or several-days fishing, diving. By preparing this program, we thought of all of those who do not have the opportunity to spend longer period of time on the sea, and who would like to enjoy in the beauty of our islands, their bays, isolated beaches or idyllic localities with gourmand specialties. It is human to have a weak point, but those knowing well Croatian islands have thousand of them, precisely 1185. Namely, along 1777 km of the Adriatic coast there are exactly so many islands and reefs.
Thanks to its spacious cockpit, motor boat NIMBUS (9.40 m.) is particularly suitable for cruising, sport fishing and diving.

Diklo is a place with numerous modern villas and apartments, situated just 3 km to the north of Zadar, and it is an ideal destination for tourists looking for quiet in a little place of a gentle and friendly atmosphere.
Zadar is a town of long and rich history with full of cultural monuments, lots of churches an museums. There are also four national parks in the close neighborhoods of Zadar; the wonderful Kornati Islands, Tke Plivice lakes, The big Paklenica of the Velebit mountain, and The Krka Water Falls, and also you can enjoy on rafting on the river Zrmanja.

We had a fantastic time. It was very relaxing with no hussle and bustle. The apartments were excellent, spotless with all the facilities. Neven and his wife Anita were excellent hosts. I will definately be returning for another holiday. It was sunny and the restaurants were very reasonable. The Old town was lovely to stroll around day or night and there is very little crime in Crotia so it is very safe.

This was a wonderful apartment, exceptionally clean in a lovely location. Neven Basioli was very helpful by providing great information on the bus service, potential trips and interesting information re Zadar. We would definatly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again soon.
