Youth Hostel Zadar

Overall it was great. I only stayed for one night and it was good. The only thing bad it´s that beacause of being low season (16 september) the Bar, and other facilities were closed. Nicely placed in the Marina, advices where to eat and where to go, by the staff.

About Youth Hostel Zadar

Short bus-ride or nice-walk (along the sea) from the centre, YH Zadar is located near several different beaches, facing colourful marina full of sailing boats, surrounded by cafés and restaurants. It guarantees the Hostelling International’s standards of services.

The rooms were very basic and yet still quite expensive. The place was overrun with school children and there was very little to do in the surrounding area, the only up side was the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nicely placed in the Marina, advices where to eat and where to go, by the staff. Very good, I'm curious to see a Hostel with that size in the summer, it must be great!!!

Spent a night here having flown to Zadar and before travelling onto Split and islands.
Easily accessible by bus from bus station.
Accommodation was basic in dorm of 4 with shared bathroom with breakfast included (hot choc and bread).
I would recommend this as good value basic accommodation.

It is a good hostel but location is far away of the center of the city (1h walking, most people take the bus or use a car).
