Dear friends of Istria, it's time to return to nature searching for tranquility, and finding the opportunity to discover your true self.

Our guesthouse is situated near Žminj, the small county in the central part of Istrian peninsula in a small village called Galanti – the part close to the heart of the small, yet at the same time infinite and unreachable world. Here Istria offers magnificent landscapes, "green waves" – hills, some topped with towns, villages, streams, crags, forests, marl dunes, churches, ivy-covered old citadels and traditional stone made small structures called kažun. Intensify this experience, take along your bike, feel free to create your own time, discover your own path or hiking trail, choose your own itinerary. It will be a shock to your lungs because of the great amount of fresh air, a shock to your ears because of the absence of the noise, yet it will please your eyes and soothe your soul.

Your destination is an old-fashioned, made of stone, traditional house for 6 (to 10) people, has 3 wide bedrooms (with 3 double beds), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, living room with TV and ample yard.

Towels and linen are included, as is final cleaning. Extra beds can be supplied if needed.

We offer you a unique chance to watch and learn an old trade – forging. Depending on the time of the year and your will we can even take you to experience different agricultural work.

You are welcomed to try our home-made grappa and vine, typical for this part of Istria.

-beginning of June- traditional poetry reading in our dialect in Žminj

-last Saturday in August - traditional fair and a big party in Žminj

-the house is all at your responsibility so we don't take arrangements for less than 6 persons
