Very centrally located apartment only 5 minutes walk from Saint Marks Square and only a couple of minutes from the 'Arsenale' where the 'Biennale of Contemporary Arts' is held.

Very nice rooms each with private facilities. The rooms are equipped with private shower and wc, tv, boiling water facilities, and the property applies very competetive rates for a clean and quiet but yet very, very central place for your stay in Venice.

We accept families or small group of friends so as to let the whole apartment.

From the railway station 'Santa Lucia' or from car terminal Piazzale Roma public boat transportation lines 1 or 41 to 'Arsenale' Boat Stop.Get off turn left cross little bridge walk 50 mts and you find the 'Hotel Gabrielli Sandwirth'. On the left there is a little 'calle' (alley) just take that 'calle' walk to the end (50 metre) and when you find the wall you must go right 50 metre and there is a small canal . We are the house with entrance on that little canal to your left. We are the one with the number 4059.
