The Casa Novo, where we hope you spend and enjoy your stay in our country, was built in 1900. It gives you conserving the architecture and furniture of the time.It is a family house where you will enjoy your time and receive a lot of information and love

In Casa Novo you will be always treated with love and you can enjoy of a wide roof terrace with armchairs, a hammock and a small viewpoint of the neightborhood.You can also use the lounge where watch DVD or listen music or sit to talk , read and/or rest and enjoy a small library with books in many different languages.The owner of the house is a medical doctor

We can coordinate and make reservations for you, in reliable rent houses recomended by many other guests all over the country; places like Trinidad, Viñales, Baracoa, Santiago de Cuba, etc. All of them offer you quality services. The beautiful beach of Santa María del Mar is at only 20 minutes driving from our house, and we can offer you transport.

Our house offers you two wide and comfortable rooms in a first floor, with air conditioning; fan, television, refrigerator,radio alarm ,hair dryer,and a secure window to the street. We can speak with you in English and Spanish. We are sure you will enjoy our house and your staying here. They both have private and independent bathroom with hot water. There is a delicious breakfast offer, for only 4.00 CUC each, dinner , taxi and laundry service,spanish and dancing classes by professional teachers. In our house you can also sit back and enjoy the balconies, dinning room , sitting rooms and a big and confortable roof terrace with a viewpoint, hammock etc. The ceilings are very high (around 4 meters height) to give better temperature and allow the winds across the house.

The price of the room is 25.00 cuc per night per room,the same for one or two people.If you need accomodate more people in the room, please, contact with us, one of the rooms has capacity until 5 persons.The check out is 12:00m and check in is 2:00pm, but if you need to leave or travel later because your ticket time we can keep your luggage in safe place until your leave and if you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage and walk around until room be ready,all for your happiness.The admission in the house could be at any time even if the rooms are not yet ready because the hour.

The nearest bus station is Via Azul (6km) You can reach us by bus from the station else by taxi.The train station is in old Havana and is not far from here 1.5 km. You can phone my house at any time if you are unsure of directions.
