Great 84%

I stayed in this hotel for six nights while in conference. I was promised and payed for air-conditioned room but got a room without air condition for all 6 nights. The only compensation offered to me by the reception was cold water. I explained that i am not an animal.
They even didn't bother to change the warm winter blankets.
There is no service at all in this hotel and the reception, including managers, are rude and unprofessional youngsters that change every day.
Even though the hotel is new, one of the two elevators did not work for several days and no one bothered even to put a note.
The room is small and uncomfortable, there is no phone in the room, no public phone in the hotel, no possibility to ask for a wake-up call.
The area is very unpleasant and is like staying in a construction area.
There are much better and cheap hotels in the area.
It seems that the only department working is the reservation department.
Don't stay there!
