This cozy hostel, located in a romantic building in the historic town center (2 min. from the town square, 5 min. from the castle), sits right on the bank of the Vltava River near the municipal park.
Our guests enjoy the privacy of the comfortable rooms combined with a relaxed and friendly home atmosphere as well as common rooms, games, darts, and more.
You can even relax on the river bank with our barbeque.
The hostel offers 3 fully equipped KITCHENS (coffee and tea on us), 5 modern bathrooms and WC, hot water 24 hours a day and central heating.
INTERNET (PC and WI-FI) for your FREE use!!
FREE tea, coffee, sugar and cream all day long!
The hostel offers 4 free parking spots by the building (free parking is usually available, but is not guaranteed).
Arrangement of horse-riding tours and boat rents, FREE skates in winter, innertubes in summer!!
Laundry facilities and service also available.
Double rooms ensuite are located at PENSION Merlin, a different building then the hostel.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RECEPTION IS OPEN FROM 10 A.M. TILL 9 P.M. IN JULY AND AUGUST AND FROM 11 A.M. TILL 8 P.M THROUGH THE YEAR. IT IS NO PROBLEM, IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE LATER, BUT PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL/PHONE 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL! YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN AFTER THE RECEPTION HOURS UNLESS YOU CONTACT US IN ADVANCE!

Check-in time is 11 - 20h (21h in July and August). If you plan to arrive outside the check-in hours, please inform us about it before you make your booking. We arrange late check-ins for free, but we do not guarantee them (you have to arrange this with us ahead). Thank you!

Directions
Our reception is located at hostel Merlin, so you have to go there first, even if you have booked rooms in the pension - our receptionist will then take you to the pension.
The train station in Cesky Krumlov is quite far from the centre (over 1,5 km to the square), but it is all the way downhill, so you can walk (in the direction of the town square) if you do not have to much luggage. There is also a local bus stop right in front of the train station, you can take a bus from there to the centre. In that case, you should get off at the main bus station 'autobusove nadrazi'.
If you arrive by bus, you should get off at the main bus station (autobusove nadrazi, AN) - usually the terminal station of the bus as well. From there it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk to our hostel: From the bus station go left on the Objizdkova street, take the first street to the right (Kaplicka), cross a little bridge and go ahead through Horni street. Take the first street (Kostelni) to the left about 20 m before you would have reached the square (there is a bookshop opposite the street). This will lead you almost in front of our hostel (look left at the end of this short street)!
