This small Pension proved a bit hard to find even for our GPS.However once we found it we were very happy with our 2 night stay.The room had coffee/teamaking facilities,a TV with a very wide range of stations(including BBC news and CNBC),and a fridge.

About Maja Pension

Our accommodation is situated near the centre of the mediaeval historical town of Ceský Krumlov. Visitors can admire many ancient sights, including the second largest castle in Czech Republic, which is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage sight.

Our house lies in the quiet part of the town, 7 minutes walking distance from the centre. The house is surrounded by a large garden.

We offer two double rooms and one three-bed apartment with kitchen. Every room has its own shower and WC. The apartment has its own entrance from a garden terrace with garden furniture. Breakfast and car parking is available.

Please note we do not accept credit cards and you can only pay with Euro or Czech Korona on arrival.

Check in time at the latest till 5.00 p. m.

This small Pension proved a bit hard to find even for our GPS.However once we found it we were very happy with our 2 night stay.The room had coffee/teamaking facilities,a TV with a very wide range of stations(including BBC news and CNBC),and a fridge.Breakfast was not included in the price but was modest 80Krowns per head extra and was quite adequate.A pleasant out side area added to the ambience.And the Pension was about a 7 minutes stroll(on the way back a climb) to the picturesque town centre.Certainly would recommend as a reasonable value for money venue.Our host Maja was very pleasant.Like many Pensions in Czech,only cash paymenst tks

The facility was clean, efficient, with no physical problems. The location was not real close to sites but within 5 - 10 easy walk. The land lady was very gracious and helpful. My only complain was that located in a normal middle-class neighborhood it was a bit noisy with construction, yard work and particularly, barking dogs. Overall, however, I would rate it five stars.
