About Neda Guesthouse
Family house with large terrace, one double room with private bathroom, air –conditioning, refrigerator and tv, and triple room with private bathroom ,air-conditioning and refrigerator. Internet connection is available.
Our warm welcome and friendly atmosphere will enable our dear guests to spend pleasant and unforgettable vacation while in Dubrovnik.
Our house is situated in peaceful part of the town with family houses, the part of Dubrovnik called Kono.
The local bus stop is just in front of the house , and on the rear side of the house, there are three private parking space.
Accommodation Information
A family house which offers one double room with private bathroom in room, tv, air-conditioning, refrigerator, and triple room with private bathroom, equipped with a shower, and individual hot water boiler, refrigerator and air-conditioning.
Each room has a separately controlled air-conditioning and a refrigerator. Internet connection is available. We offer a specious terrace where guests can enjoy to meet other travelers from around the world. You can have a breakfast on our terrace for only 35 kuna (5 euros) per person.
House is positioned a five minutes by car, and fifteen minutes on foot from historical Old town and beaches.
We provide FREE of charge:
- All the necessary info and maps to navigate the City and optimize your time(and your money, too)
- Welcome drink and traditional snacks
- Towels and bed linen
- Hot showers
- Luggage storage
Also available:

By car:Once you crossed the Dubrovnik bridge go 2,5 kilometars and it is a house with a parking spaces on the right side the road.

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
