Rooms Niko are located in Gruž. Our house is in a peaceful area, and from our terrace you can enjoy a nice view over Gruž port and Lapad peninsula.
From our rooms you can reach the Old Town, the center of all that's happening, with a pleasant 20-25 minutes walk or by regular public buses. A bank, post office, supermarket and other services you might need are all located in Gruž and can be reached in several minutes by foot. Parking is possible on the street above our house.
For centuries Dubrovnik has evoked the admiration of visitors, taking your breath away every time you visit this magical town. During summer visitors can enjoy rich cultural program that includes concerts and other events, all within the City Walls.
We offer our dear guests two rooms (each accommodating 2 persons) for rent. The accommodation units are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. All rooms are air conditioned. Use of kitchen and air condition is not included in room price, available upon extra payment. Each room has its own bathroom. A spacious terrace with view over Gruž port is also available.
You can call us to pick you up at any time. Our street is located on the upper part of Dubrovnik called Gruž (Grush). Our street Mokoška is just near eastward of last eastern white big building (of 5 buildings), and 100m south of upper main road of this area. So, when you arrive to us, you will see that buildings to the west and that road to the north. As seen on the pictures
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
