Built in 2005 and open all year round, our (4 star) family-run villa provides spacious and stylish accommodation, with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach.

The vicinity of Split only few km away gives you the possibility to visit this magnificent Mediterranean city the center of which makes the ancient palace built in the early 3rd century by a roman emperor Diocletian.

Lovers of art and history can spend days there sightseeing the old city walls and numerous museums, old churches and antique temples from the roman period. Various cultural manifestations take place during the whole year, but still, summer is very special time because of street performances, music festivals and Split summer festival when theater performances take place on the main palace square.

The nearest airport is near Split, about 30km away while the ferry port is only 10 minutes drive.

Bus station is located in the center of Split, 8 km far from 'Villa Stipe". There's a bus line Split - Omiš, from the center of Split to us

By car: From the Zagreb-Split motorway on exit Dugopolje, follow the direction 'Split'. 15 km before Split, follow the direction 'Dubrovnik' road mark (D-8), after 5 km Please use the largest hotel in Croatia Le Meriden Lav as your spot how easier to find hotel. Le Meriden Lav is located on Grljevacka 2 adresss and Apart-Hotel Stipe Grljevacka 3b . Hotel Le Meriden is very easy to spot on the right side from main road. When you see the entrace of this hotel keep on driving for about 300/400 meters further south east on the same road. Stop on the bus station and across the road you will see up a short steep slope to us. If you have any trouble finding the hotel please call us and we will help you.
