Sorry guys,
but I wasn't happy with your hostel. Bath and Kitchen weren't clean and theres no chance to air the bathroom after shower, think thats the reason why fungi hails you there and the shower curtain is also alive in the meantime. I'm not squeamish, but this criticism was essential...

The staff managed the insanity of St. Patty's Day in Dublin very well! Awesome people and if you're looking for tip from Irish people... they were more than welcoming!

Good rooms... small showed inside bedroom and other showers outside of it... loved it!

Best common room(s!) I've stayed in at a hostel too!

Cleanliness was not really of any standards in the toilet/shower areas. Other area's fine. Great location and great value for money. Despite cleanliness would probably stay again.

Unfortunately, despite being booked in to stay two nights at this hotel we did not last 30 minutes. When I arrived with a group of friends, we were first told our booking had not been forwarded to the hotel due to a new IT system, although our deposit had been taken. We were asked to pay the outstanding amount on arrival; this proved to be impossible as the card machine was broken, at which point we were told we should go and get the cash from a bank close by. We said we would rather wait until the card machine was fixed, at which point we were charged for room keys.
When we got to our room there was a smell of gas from the open windows. One friend sat on one of the bunks and commented that the bedding had hairs all over it; another checked the shower room, which was filthy. The room we were given was an eight person berth, so potentially eight guests prior to us had used the facilities without anyone cleaning in between.
We went and spoke to the receptionist, who came to inspect the room. He said that as there were 8 bunks and only 6 of us we didn't have to use the dirty one, and that a previous occupent must have just folded the bedding, which implied to us they do not check the rooms in between guests. He did offer to get someone to clean the shower, but by this time we felt we really did not want to risk staying.
We understand it is a budget hotel - although in the end we stayed at a Jury's Inn (room only) for a few euros a head more, so it isn't really that cost effective- but the cleanliness issue bordered on a health and safety risk.
