Guesthouse Golden Tree is a tiny and cosy bed and breakfast located in one of the most picturesque and romantic areas in the Prague Castle area. It offers tranquil accommodation and a friendly atmosphere in a family-run guesthouse. Breakfast is included in the very affordable price.
The guesthouse has double rooms, a triple room and a two-bedroom apartment for 4-6 persons. There is a kitchen in the house available for all guests. Tea and coffee is free of charge.
Customers can choose among various kinds of rooms. Because the house was built in the middle ages you can not find two rooms that are the same - each room has a it's very own unique element. The rooms are cosy and well furnished, several of them by ancient furniture. All rooms on Novy Svet have their own bath and toilet. The house is only 1-2 minutes walking distance away from the tram station. Trams Nr.22 and 23 will take you to Old town within 15 minutes. Their intervals are 5-12 minutes and also work during night. Tickets can be bought in the reception.
The nearest subway is Malostranska, which is 1000meters from house.
The nearest train station Praha-Dejvice, which is 800metres from the house
The nearest tram station Brusnice is only 200metres from the house
The nearest bus station Vozovna Stresovice is 250metres from the house
From the airport, the cost of the taxi to the house is about 250 CZK ( 9 EUR). You can use public transport as well.
First possibility is: At the airport take the bus Nr 225 and go to the Bíla Hora stop. Here you can take tram Nr 22 which will take you to Brusnice stop - you are nearby at Prague castle, you can get off and go towards it. Novy svet is the first street. This journey costs 20CZK / person (0,66EUR) and you need only one ticket. It takes about 25 minutes.
Second possibility is: Firstly you can take bus Nr 119 at the airport. Then get off the bus at the terminal Dejvicka. There is a undertube - line A and Dejvicka is also an undertube terminal so you can go only one way.Go only two stations to Malostranska. There you can get off and take tram Nr 22 or 23. Go 3 stops to Brusnice and get off. You will see Prague castle so you can go to it.There is the presidential house at Novy svet which is the first street you will meet. This way takes approx 45 minutes. You need only one ticket as well- 20CZK/person(0,66EUR)
