About Hotel Toledo - Cartagena

We are located in the best neighborhood of Cartagena, Bocagrande, just one block from the beach, close to major tourist and entertainment centers such as casinos, restaurants and supermarkets.

We have 60 rooms (11 doubles, 12 triples, 11 quadruples, 19 quintuplets, sextuplets 6, 2 eightfold), located at the rear of the hotel, which have central air conditioning, television with cable TV and private bath. Ideal for groups or individuals with more economic budget.

Outside the hotel, overlooking the Avenida San Martin, we have a nice terrace where you can find drinks, fast food, currency exchange, boutique clothes and more!

It was good for a 1 night staying, but I would not consider it for longer.

This hotel in Cartagena was almost as expensive as one I stayed in Medellin which was much better, cleaner, and with better service.

Booked here thinking it was a good deal for the money, ended up being the worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

  • Ridiculously small rooms that were FILTHY.
  • Air conditioning did not work.
  • Visibil cob-webs and mold in shower (totally disgusting)
  • NO DOOR ON BATHROOM, I REPEAT NO DOOR ON BATHROOM
  • Saw cockroach in room
  • Horrible, rude, lazy service from staff

Ultimately, demanded to be changed rooms which they did, but only after a fight. New room was $20 more, but I took it just to get me through the night. Checked-out following morning and found new hotel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE IS TRULY HORRIBLE HOTEL that needs to be DEMOLISHED.
