Beautiful apartment in Quito in an excellent location, just 2 minutes walk from La Mariscal, and 10 minutes from the historical center. Fully equipped, very secure, includes spa (swimming pool, gym, sauna) and private parking.

The flat is located inside the Casa Grande Club, the building enjoys a 24 hour security guard and a magnetic card is needed for entry to the building. The flat is on the 5th floor and it has facilities like elevators, spa (swimming pool, gym, sauna), and it’s suitable for wheelchairs. If you decide to rent a car, the flat has a private parking (extra cost per night).

The flat is fully equipped. It has a one bedroom with en-suite shower, living room, kitchen and dining room. The flat allows 2 persons in the double bedroom, although it has only one bed, and visitors should note there is only one shower (inside the main bedroom). Single guests are welcome.

The flat is well equipped – the kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, gas cooker, and pretty well most things you might need to cook.

The bedroom has a TV, and the bathroom is full equipped, including towels. In the living room there are 3 sofas. It also has a dining area with table and chairs for up to six people.

The price includes the cleaning of the flat and change of bed sheets once a week.

HOW TO ARRIVE

By taxi:

It's the best choice, considering that the taxi service is not expensive. Outside the Mariscal Sucre Airport, you will find many taxis which will carry you to the apartment in about 20 minutes, depending of the traffic. The price is around 6 US dollars.

By public transportation:

It's a choice if you want to explore the city, however it is not so comfortable if you are carrying a big luggage, and considering the traffic it might take 45 minutes or more to get to the apartment. However if you want the public transportation, go outside the airport and you will reach the Amazonas Avenue, you have to cross the street and wait for bus line "Camal - Aeropuerto". You will probably get to know Amazonas Avenue during your stay because its one of the major commonly used streets in the "La Mariscal" area.

You have to ask to the bus driver for the "Gaspar de Villaroel" avenue and stop there. In the same stop you have to wait for bus line "Carcelén-Congreso" and ask the bus driver for "Jorge Washington Street" and stop there. From Jorge Washington Street, you have to walk 3 blocks towards "10 de Agosto" Avenue, and you will see the apartment building in the street corner. See map for more info.
