We are located beside the spectacular Shiji (Century) Bridge, next to the beautiful Haidian river and Haikou Harbour. It has easy access to both Haikou’s new and old districts and all of Haikou’s sights, both inside and outside of the city.

We are situated in a small apartment estate and this means you can experience the locals’ Haikou way of life. Get a feel of the locals’ Haikou sense of community and a chance to chat with the girl next door. It is easy to have a good time here. If you feel up to it, you can even have a game of chess with the locals who live opposite.
By Air: 1. From Haikou Meilan airport, you can take a taxi to Xingang Ferry Terminal(xin gang lun du ma tou ) Binhai Garden where Haikou Youth Hostel is located. The fare costs about 40 yuan.
2. You can also take the airport shuttle bus to the city. The fare is 15 yuan. At the destination stop, alight and cross Haixiu Road right in front of the hotel entrance. At the bus-stop opposite, to the right, take No.22 bus to Binhai Garden (Bin Hai Hua Yuan) (2 yuan) (Last bus is at about 10 pm) to the Haikou Youth Hostel. At the destination stop, you can also hail a taxi to the Haikou Youth Hostel for about 10 yuan. (you can call me and I’ll help you )
By Ship: 1. From Guangxi Province Beihai
The ferry leaves Beihai at 6:30 pm, and arrives the next day between 4:00—6:00 am. When you disembark, cross the road and look right. The gates of Binhai garden (Bin Hai Hua Yuan) are straight ahead.
2. From Guangdong Province Hai An
Take the PASSENGER Ferry (about 43 yuan) which will stop at Xingang Passenger Ferry Terminal. When you disembark, cross the road and turn right. The gates of Binhai garden (Bin Hai Hua Yuan) are about 150m straight ahead.
3. From Guangdong Province Guangzhou
If the ferry arrives at Haikou Shouyin Ferry Terminal, you may take a taxi to Xingang (10-12?) or cross the road to take any bus that reaches Xingang Bridge bus-stop (Xingang Tian Qiao) along Binhai Road. After alighting, walk towards the direction the bus came from until you reach an overhead bridge. Cross the bridge and walk about 800m until you see the ferry terminal. The Haikou Youth Hostel is just opposite the ferry terminal in Binhai Garden (Bin Hai Hua Yuan).
By Train: From the Haikou train station, you can go by taxi to Xingang for around 50 yuan or by bus No.37 to Xingang bridge stop(Xingang Tian Qiao)(3 yuan). After alighting, walk towards the direction the bus came from until you reach an overhead bridge. Cross the bridge and walk about 800m until you see the ferry terminal. The Haikou Youth Hostel is just opposite the ferry terminal in Binhai Garden (Bin Hai Hua Yuan).
