!!! On 24th and 25th Dec 09 = NO CHECK-IN !!!
- Later arrivals must be agreed with us. Please, note that the check-in time must be during our opening hours - see below! For later or sooner arrival you need to contact us during our opening hours to make an arrangement if possible!
Check-in = O P E N I N G H O U R S:
from Monday till Friday ................from 10:00 AM to 5 PM
Saturday + Sunday .....................from 10 AM to 4 PM

24th + 25th Dec 09 - the check-in is not possible! You can stay through these dates or you can check-out but you cannot check-in.

Be sure that you can pay extra fee for later check-ins! From 8 PM to 10 PM = 200 CZK, from 10 PM to midnight = 400 CZK. And check-ins after midnight are charged of 700 CZK (only in the case of longer stays - 4 nights and more - you won´t pay it).

- All guest rooms are nonsmoking. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If management alone determines a guestroom has been smoked in, a substantial cleaning penalty will be charged to the room. Also all public areas, excepting the terrace when open, are nonsmoking. If you break the quiet hours or moral rules there is a charge of 50 Euro and be prepared that the police can come to assist us and give you further penalty!

- Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 8:00am. Guest rooms and hallways must be extra quiet during these times. During these hours, only the registered occupants of a guest room may occupy the room. Guests will be required to leave if designated quiet hours are not observed. There is no refund for leaving earlier!

- You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before arrival date - the day before by 8 AM! Only written cancellations - by email - are accepted!

- If you want to shorten your stay - you have to do it by check-in! Once you are here you can´t change the term of your stay and there isn´t possible any kind of refund!

- All the reservations coming for New Year time (from 27 Dec 07 to 3 Jan 08) are due to pay a CAUTION of 3000 CZK (each room). This CAUTION will be returned after inspection of a room on the check-out date if there won´t be any damage.

- Triple, Quads and Multibedded rooms could be equipped with one double bed and relevant single beds based on the type of room

- If you loose the key there is a fee of 700 CZK.

- Check-out time is 10 AM: if you won´t check-out on time please, note that late check-outs until 12.00 PM are charged of half price of your previous night and if you check-out even later then we will charge you full price of previous night.

- Please, note that for triples, quads and room for 5 or more persons there is a caution of 30 Euro payable only in cash on arrival and refunded on check-out date after the inspection of your room

- Using the washrooms for washing / drying of clothes is strictly prohibited. Laundry service is available and the Guests are requested to utilize this service. Guests who break a rule will be fined!

- Personal Guests are not allowed to stay in the rooms after 10 PM. Extra person will be charged.

- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hostel property, caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

- Guests cannot move the room equipment otherwise will be fined.

*** minimum stay of 4 nights is required

*** caution of 200 Euro or 5000 CZK in cash for each room is required.

*** cancellation conditions are:

- cancellations less than 2 months prior to arrival date will be charged for the first night stay

- cancellations less than 1 month prior to arrival date will be charged for the whole stay

Directions

You can reach us by trams - no.7, 18, 24 (through the day) and no. 53, 55 (through the night) - the station is called 'Svatoplukova' - you leave the tram and you are exactly at Jarmirova street - just search for no.20 and ring the bell PRAGUE´S HEAVEN!

How to reach us from the airport:
from airport Letiątě Ruzyně ... bus no. 179 to the station Petřiny (platform 'B')
from Petřiny tram no.18 to Svatoplukova station
- buy a transfer ticket of 26 CZK

How to reach us from main railway station (Hlavni nadrazi):
- take a tram no. 9 to 'Lazarska' station
- from there take another tram no. 24 to the station called
'Svatoplukova', we are few steps from the station by walk
-all the journey shouldn´t take you longer than 20 minutes, you need a ticket of 26 CZK each person, it is transfer and valid 75 minutes!

How to reach us from HOLESOVICE railway station:
Take an underground - red line 'C' - to the station 'Prazskeho povstani' and from there take a tram no.18 to the station called 'Svatoplukova'. You will need a ticket of 26 CZK, it is transfer! All the journey shouldn´t be taking longer than half an hour.

How to reach us from Florenc bus station:
- take a tram no.24 (direction to Nádraží Strašnice)-
get off at the station 'Svatoplukova',
- it is about 17 minutes ride from Florenc station so you will be here very quickly. Buy a ticket of 18 CZK - each person! Do not forget to validate your ticket getting on the tram!!!

How to reach us by car:
- you should be reaching Prague by 'D1' - highway from Brno. D1 continues in Prague as a street '5.kvìtna' - you need to turn right on the street called 'Lounských', go on this main road to first light crossroad and on these lights you have to turn to the left to the street called 'Táborská'. This street still straight on - along the tram lines - on the second lights you will turn again to the left - you will pass small square called 'Namesti bratri Synku' - on the next lights again to the left - 'Otakarova street' - it is slowly changing into the street 'Køesomyslova' - which is slowly changing into the street 'Sekaninova' - turn first street to the right and you will be in Jaromirova street - just search for no.20 !
