el peor hotel, eso NO es un hotel, es un nido de ratas.
el hombre q trabaja en la recepcion no tiene idea de como tratar a un cliente.
pague mi reserva para 4 personas hace 2 meses, y cuando llegamos el hombre le habia pasado nuestra pieza a otras personas!
nos dejo sin alojamiento, no nos consiguio nada mas, y tuvimos q irnos a un hotel 4 veces mas caro pq para esa fecha ya no podiamos encontrar otra cosa.el hombre ni siquiera me devolvio el pago de mi reserva
hombre violento, grosero, ordinario!!!!

Great location, reasonable price considering, but the big issue here is the room facilities. The light switch was broken, there was no fridge or safe, no aircon or even a fan and the windows could not be opened. The stuffiness and heat was stifling! The light fittings were ripped, the TV remote was taped together and the hook for a painting had fallen off so the painting was just leaning against a wall!
Still, it was reasonably priced in a great location, and relatively clean. Would stay again only if they sort out the cooling!

Very good and quiet location, close to the center (5 minutes from Dam Square).
Nice for short staying: it would need a renewal but it is perfect for young travellers.
The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great location, minutes from Dam Square and Rembrants square - the heart of Amsterdam city centre.
A lovely small little hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam, minutes walking from Dam Square and Rembrandts Square.
Located on a typical Amsterdam canal - a little peace in the heart of the city. When staying here you do not need to take a tram or a taxi - you can walk everywhere.
Bar
The bar is open between 12:00-00:00, a nice place to talk about the things seen along the day in a beautiful Amsterdam.
Children
The children can play safely in the space behind the hotel where there is a nice playground.

10 minute walk from Amsterdam central station, taking the Geldersekade, continuing on to the Kloveniersburgwal. Turn left at the Raamgracht and you are at the hotel.Or take either trams 4, 9, 16, 24 or 25 and get out at the 3rd stop, Muntplein. Walk over the bridge on the opposite side of the road and keep walking straight until you until you come to the 2nd canal, Groenburgwal. You will find the hotel at No. 27
