Our room was large and clean..very nice bathroom and the pool was nice...if you are looking for just price and you don't need any help,advice or friendliness..this is your place..the owner is surly and unfriendly..but if that does not matter to you then this is a good place to stay.

Open plan architexture with two single rooms on the ground floor. Free wifi internet, Large 8 by 4 metre filtered pool. Four big double rooms on the upper floor. each room has large bathroom with 8 jet bathtub, mini-split A/C, queen beds (two in the doubles, one in the singles). Cable TV with many US channels, DVD player with large selection of movies. High pressure hot and cold provided by a large pump on the roof. Free continental bkfast.
Free bus station pickup, free WIFI internet, modern A/C, large pool, free continental breakfast, cable TV, free DVDs, free parking, combo safe, downtown, near all squares.
Located 40 meters from the Merida English Library in a quiet location within the 'gringo' area of Centro. Walk to the main square in 10 minutes, Paseo de Montajo in 5 minutes, Santiago Park in 5 minutes.
Opened in September 2007. New remodelled building. Secure car park next to Hotel with comunicating door. Quiet tranquil streets in the middle of the extranjero area with very many newly remodelled homes. Near to all central attractions. Open plan design. All floors have new tile work, and are bright cheerful looking.

Pay cash or credit card payment upon arrival for stated stay. No eating in rooms. Pool is closed at 11 pm. Property is extremely quiet so undue noise will disturb other guests.
