The building of the hotel, which was completely renovated in 2003, dates back to the beginning of the 14th century. The red tiled roofs, the stone-cobbled streets and the sound of the churchbells carry you to the Middle Ages. Our comfortable rooms are and full of light, yet you can feel the atmosphere of the past.. The upper floors of the hotel offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the passanger port with beautiful cruise ships coming and going.
All our rooms are equipped with a shower cubicle or a bathtub, TV-set (cable television), telephone, an access to the Internet WIFI. You can also be looked after at the hairstylist's and the beauty parlour.
The concierge will help you order tickets to the theatre or concert, will give you advice on leisure time activities and entertainment. He will also take care of the service of the security box and left luggage
The hotel OLEVI RESIDENTS is located in the very heart of Old Tallinn, not far from the legendary church of St Oleviste and Town Hall Square. It's the position of the hotel in the viscinity of both the passanger port and the railway station- that makes it especially attractive for our guests. Ancient architectural monuments, theatres, shopping centres, nightclubs and discos they all are within walking distance.
About 150 metres from the hotel there is a guarded car-park for both cars and buses. Due to the favourable location, it is possible for your bus to pull up right in front of the hotel. Within 100 metres you will find a swimming-pool and a fitness centre.
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 Days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Olevi Residence is very conveniently situated in the old part of Tallinn, so is excellent for sight-seeing. Our room was at the top of the building, up several flights of stairs, which might not suit all residents. The communal breakfast room was very pleasant and the range of food was very good. The hotel also offers evening meals, which we thought were extremely good value and, as vegetarians, we felt well catered for. Our room was not air-conditioned which was not a serious problem while we were there, but could have been a trial in the hot weather that was building up during our stay. Service was polite and reasonably efficient, but requests for a fan and a repair to the room safe were not attended to.
We would definitely recommend the Olevi as a good quality budget hotel, the only major caveat being that people with mobility problems might find it difficult to negotiate all the stairs.
