I was totally happy with my stay at Absalon Annex, even more because I had booked a room with a shared bathroom and was getting a room with an own bathroom. Everything was clean. The Hotel is not very modern, but really on an okay standard.
It's close to the station and the center, and for that it was not noisy. The borough of Vesterbro offers a lot of normal shopping facilities like a supermarkt, it is worth to stroll around. I hadn't got the feeling of a "redlight district" or so.

Please request double or twin beds and smoking or non-smoking rooms.

I was totally happy with my stay at Absalon Annex, even more because I had booked a room with a shared bathroom and was getting a room with an own bathroom. Everything was clean. The Hotel is not very modern, but really on an okay standard.
It's close to the station and the center, and for that it was not noisy. The borough of Vesterbro offers a lot of normal shopping facilities like a supermarkt, it is worth to stroll around. I hadn't got the feeling of a "redlight district" or so.
A good idea of the hotel is that there is a water cooker in the room with tea bags and instant coffee.
And finally I really enjoyed the breakfast. A good choise of bread, cheese and so on. Don't miss the fish! It's superb.

It is easy to reach Absalon Annex from the airport. Take the train to Copenhagen Central train station. The duration is 12 minutes and Absalon Annex is located only two blocks away. Use the exit 'Rewentlovsgade' and walk down Istedgade, you will be able to see the hotel sign 'Absalon' almost immediately.
A taxi from the airport will take around 15 minutes.
