I was not able to make local calls from room. I think facility is there but not working for me.
The bed was Split and was having a Gap inbweteen....this can be imrpoved.
Directions to Hotel (in booking confirmation ) is not using proper English its confusing, i spent 20 minutes searching for hotel. Needs to be specific like' From Central station take exit to 'Tivoli Gardens', go towards Right upto the 2nd trafik Signal. Turn left you should see Hotel on left side.
Put a small Sketch as well to avoid confution.rest is fine.

In general it was quite good.
A few minor items:
The sheets were a bit warm for the season in my opinion
Smear marks from dirty hands on the bedframes made us question if the rooms were as clean as could be.Staff was helpful and friendly, there was a little bit of concern when the 5th floor fire doors were shut and we had a very hard time getting through to get the elevators.
Value was good and I'm sure I would stay with you again.

Just got back from a trip to copenhagen, the hotel is well located for the city centre and a short walk from central station which connects directly to the airport. We were a little disappointed with the room which is very basic and is a single beds with a pull out or bunk bed for persons 2 or 3. My advise would be to pay a bit extra and go for the next level of accomodation up. The staff were very friendly and spoke perfect english as did everybody we spoke with in the city. The breakfast is a bit expensive but was fresh and there is not really any close by alternatives. Overall impression was good and we had an enjoyable 4 days in the city
