Our award-winning hostel has 24-hour reception, a spacious and lively lounge and bar, edgy venue for live music, free dinner every night, free yoga classes, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi, free iPad rental and a welcoming bean bags area outside, overlooking the street.

We are centrally located in the old part of Copenhagen, next to the City Hall Square and the parliament. Our location is outstanding for local hotspots, whether it’s bustling nightlife, the longest pedestrianized shopping street in the world (Strøget), fusion restaurants, the famous Tivoli gardens and the harbour beach. If you'de like some more culture, we are just next to Denmark’s best museums, galleries and theaters.

Our location means we have all public transport links on our doorstep; you are within easy reach of everything that the city and the rest of Denmark has to offer.

The hostel is cosy yet cool, proudly showing a Scandinavian retro design and a friendly, relaxed vibe. Our trendy lounge provides the ideal surroundings to chill or socialize and meet other guests. Our café offers an all-you-can-eat-and-drink breakfast buffet for an unbeatable price and tempting foods during the rest of the day. You can also feel free to cook your own special dish in our well-equipped guest kitchen.

You are welcome to join our delicious ‘Free Dinner’ events held in the hostel and meet fellow travelers for a free meal, every night at 18:30 at the Downunder bar.

If you are looking for more liquid entertainment, we have one of the cheapest bars in town, located right here in our lounge area and offering a great value Happy Hour every night. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy playing pool, foosball or other games with your (new) friends.

We also have Free Walking tours, twice a day, every day! So easy when the tour picks up right here in the lounge! You can take the morning tour at 10.45 or the afternoon tour at 15.45.

We have 88 rooms, to suit every budget. There are private rooms for two-to-five people or shared dormitories for four-to-10 people. Many of our rooms feature private bathrooms and individual power sockets, personal reading lights and mirrors. Our 10 people dorms and 6 people dorm has lockers for your valuables, you will just need a pad lock. Large lockers are available in our luggage room for only DKK30 per day. This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The location is absolutely perfect, right in de the city centre. The building and interior are also very goodlooking. The dorm was clean. We liked the musicians who performed at night while we stayed. Unfortunately, we could also hear them loud and clear when we wanted to sleep in our dorm. There was a lot of noise.
Another disappointment was the breakfast. We payed almost 10 euros each, but all we got was some slices of bread with cheese or jelly (there was some meat but we' re vegetarians), some pineapple, orange juice and coffee. The rest was most of the time just finished, if you wanted something like milk or cornflakes you would have to get in line and it would probably be finished when it was your turn. The room was very crowded, there was little place to sit and everyone was running around in not much space. If I wanted some bread and cheese, I could have bought it for half of the price somewhere else, for 10 euros I expect not to have to stay in line for cornflakes.
