This b&b does not deserve to be in business! The location is good but the landlady and her husband still live in the 60's when customer care and service did not even exist! They suggested that my nephew's young children share a single bed on the grounds that "this is how we do it in England"! My parents room did not even have a single glass for water! Breakfast was a few doors down the road! The sitting room was shabby with no TV! You definately felt unwelcomed and their attitude was rude and arrogant! Shame for them, shame for Cambridge and shame for England that these people are still around offering "hospitality" - they wouldn't even know how to spell the word!
