We booked this hotel well in advance of our trip, then had to change the dates of our stay a bit at the last minute. We got email confirmation from the hotel that the date change had gone through and they would expect us on the new arrival day. However, when we arrived, they claimed they hadn't confirmed our request and in fact had cancelled the entire reservation.

Centrally located in the heart of Copenhagen, adjacent to the main railway station, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions and sights, Hotel Nebo makes a great base from which to explore the city.

Hotel Nebo offers a wide range of accommodation to suit most budgets. Some rooms are ensuite and have a television while other rooms have shared bathroom facilities found on each floor. All rooms have recently been redecorated.

We booked this hotel well in advance of our trip, then had to change the dates of our stay a bit at the last minute. We got email confirmation from the hotel that the date change had gone through and they would expect us on the new arrival day. However, when we arrived, they claimed they hadn't confirmed our request and in fact had cancelled the entire reservation. Even when we showed them the printed email, they said there was nothing they could do because they had already given our rooms away. They would not help us find another hotel. The service was very bad. It was disappointing because we had specifically chosen this hotel due to the wonderful location next to the Central Station. I would not recommend this hotel.
