Accommodation Information
Maplewood House has 8 letting rooms divided into twin, double, double en-suite, dorm and family rooms Family rooms consist of one double and two or three single beds. Offering accommodation to suit individuals, couples, groups or families, we have a large lounge/diner with TV and games etc, computer terminal, and free wi-fi internet, a large kitchen with dining table, and a total of four bathrooms.

From whichever direction you enter Ilfracombe, travel along the Sea Front until you find 'The Grosvenor' hotel very distinctive mustard color, and we are about 100yds up the hill to the right of this hotel.

Conditions
1, Checkin for ALL bookings requires a valid credit/debit card which we will use for payment.
2, checkin between 3pm and 9pm checkout latest 10.30am checkin/out outside of these times will result in a £10 per room service charge, If you need to checkin after 9pm, payment is required in full over the phone and the front door code and room number will be given and a key left on the reception desk.
3, All reservations are final and are subject to change by mutual agreement only.With the exception of deposit refund Maplewood accepts no responsibility for loss caused by bookings cancelled by Maplewood due to reasons beyond its control.
4, Any customers causing loss or damage to Maplewood property or business will be charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 Day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the full cost of the reservation. Deposits paid are non refundable.
