We found the ladies at the front desk to be VERY helpful and were able to answer all of our questions. The room was quiet and clean and I would recommend a stay here to anyone. It has a lift and was reasonably easy to find. The taxi had trouble finding the street, but there was road construction as well. Great location for walking around the city. 5 min walk to Plaza Mayor.
