We are there for you! Whether you are a tourist, part of a club, or traveling with your school we offer you cheap accommodation and a pleasant atmosphere.

The guesthouse is located in the Rostock-Evershagen district and is close to a green park.

From the upper floors you have a great view over the park and in good weather you can see the North Sea.

Due to the central location of our property we are easily accessable by public transport

All of our apartments are equipped with television, private bathrooms and also a well-equipped kitchen.

Bathrooms have either a shower or bath.

For your comfort and security, recepetion is open 24 hours.

Our staff are happy to clean your room every day. The towels are changed every other day.

Rostock center and also the Warnemuender beach are only 10 minutes away (by bus). The station is directly in front of the property.

Should you travel by car there are enough parking spaces around the accommodation.

Directly in front of the property is a tram station (tram no. 1 and 4) and also different bus stops. It takes only 10 minutes walk to the suburban train station.
