the location was wonderful and so was the service. I was disappointed in the fact that the room wasn't clean as it should be. I was lead to believe by one site, maybe not yours, that they had airport pickup service which turned out to be false.

Did not like Quito one bit. The hotel however made the stay bearable, staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms also very nice for a mid-range hotel. Located in the heart of historic Quito very nice atmosphere, decor etc. Paid $25 a night per person, ensuite and breakfast included. I think overall good value and would recommend if you are stayinga couple of nights and aren´t interested in partying.
