This is a great budget hotel. The location was very close to the train and shopping. The staff were very helpful and the cherry on the top of this hotel was the rooftop pool and lounging area with a great view of the Nile and the hustle and bustle below. The only problem we encountered were the stairs leading up to the hotel. Not great if you are limited in mobility. I use a cane and managed, but it was difficult.

The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere located in the heart of the city where you get the chance to move easily to see every part of Aswan's magnificence.

We have 60 rooms all have Nile views, All rooms have air conditioning.

We offer 3 types of rooms Single, Double, Triple.

We have a swimming pool and rooftop, opened 24 hours

- If any of our guests would like us to transport him to and from the property (air port or rail way station), he can contact us in advance. There is a small charge for this service.

This is a great budget hotel. The location was very close to the train and shopping. The staff were very helpful and the cherry on the top of this hotel was the rooftop pool and lounging area with a great view of the Nile and the hustle and bustle below. The only problem we encountered were the stairs leading up to the hotel. Not great if you are limited in mobility. I use a cane and managed, but it was difficult. But then again Egypt is all about steps isn't it!
