The hotel is very well located, next to the main souk. The rooms are very clean and the staff of the hostel are very nice and helpful. They organize many tours to Abu-Simbel and around Egypt and they help you in everything. I will definetely would stay again in this hostel and I would recommend everyone to stay.

The Keylany Hotel is a clean, comfortable and quiet 1 star hotel in downtown Aswan near the banks of the Nile River.
The friendly and helpful reception staff are always available to help you with arranging tours, making travel bookings and international telephone calls and faxes.The hotel has a business centre with internet access, a photocopier and international direct dial telephone and fax. A laundry service and 24 hour room service is available.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned. Most rooms have private bathroom although there are some rooms with shared facilities.
(rooms with private bath , private safe box, air condition ,TV.with your own satallite reciver one for each room and Mini fridge)
The double rooms are all with twin single beds that can be attached together as one big queen size bed.
For those who needs a room for 4 persons as a family ,we have some of our triple rooms that got a 1 small double bed (not king size bed) and 2 twin singles ,you can book it as triple but you will be charged $8 extra for the 4th person on the room ,you will have to e-mail us in case you need this type of room and please mention your firm reservation reference number
There is an onsite restaurant and a roof top garden where you can enjoy your complimentary breakfast. Breakfast includes fresh seasonal juice, tea or fresh Colombian filter coffee, pancakes, toasted bread, jam, honey, cheese, butter.

The Keylany is an excellent budget option for Aswan. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the breakfast is great. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay because it was so nice.

Directions
From Aswan Railway Station: Head straight to Nile River Street and turn left into Kornish Street, keep walking heading south, after about 10-15 minutes of walking you will reach the Aswanmoon
Restaurant.
On the opposite side of the street you will see a jewelery shop named Seagal, this shop is just on the corner of Salah Eldeen Street.
Walk along Salah Eldeen Street with the Nile River to your back after about 100 metres, on the right you will see a wide stone stairs that lead you to the Keylany Hotel.
We are located at the heart of the town, 10 minutes walk or 3 to 4 minutes by taxi from the train station, (do not pay more than 5 pounds for the taxi ).
The new bus station is on the outskirts of the city, you can take a taxi from there, it should be no more than 10 Egyptian Pounds from the bus station to the hotel.
