basic but clean and comfortable. friendly staff
difficult to spot from outside, as the hotel is on the 10th floor, and there are no signs at ground level! lift to reception is set back from the street up a short flight of stairs
only gripe is that the promised airport pickup didn't materialise
Hello everybody!
I had a very nice time at the Venus hotel. It is a very trustable budget hotel that is centrally located. The staff were very friendly and it was a family-like atmosphere. I am even personally thankful to one of the Hotel managers Mr. Ehab Ashour for facilitating my stay.
