Capri at 20-30 minutes by hydrofoils, Naples at 30 Mins, Ischia and Amalfi linked by sea.

By train: Naples at 1h and Pompeii at 30 mins by train.

By bus:

Get busses for Amalfi Coast, and for Naples-airport.

Get busses from Sorrento downtown to Rome, Tiburtina station.

From the station by bus in three minutes or also by walking inside the most characteristic historical centre.

From the hydrofoils terminal bus or (in summer time) lift than on foot walking inside the historical centre or n foot. On foot it's an easy walk.
