Catania Fontanarossa International is the nearest and most convenient airport at some 55 km. from Taormina. From the airport you can reach Taormina in one hour's drive. It is a very easy direct route on highway A18 driving in the direction of Messina taking the exit for "TAORMINA-NORD". There is a direct bus from Catania airport to Taormina center at about Euro 4,65 per person. By Taxi the approximate cost is Euro 80,- (about one hour) ; our privat transfer cost Euro 65,- . You can also take the train from the Catania train station. The buses from the airport to the Catania train station run every 20 minutes.
