Villa Schiticchiu currently has 4 bedrooms for a total of 8 beds with sea view, a breakfast room, a reading room with fireplace and a wonderful terrace-solarium.

Our building is a recent construction, the style of the showing stones was studied to not break the environment's balance and to respect the natural landscape. The house furniture is rustic and refined, well-finished to try to give comfort to people looking for relaxation...

Villa Schiticchiu rises in Taormina on a rocky slope in the district of Spisone from where you can enjoy one of the most paradisiac views of the coast: St.Nicholas Bay also known as "Mermaid's Bay". For the charm it aroused in ancient time on the Greek poets that wrote about the bay in their Mythological Stories. These form the basis for the room names.

The rooms are as follows:

" Scilla " - Double bedroom with bathroom, roof ventilator, TV, balcony with view on the sea and indipendent entrance, extra bed for child may be added.

" Cariddi " - Double room with bathroom in corridor, roof ventilator, TV, balcony with view on the sea, independent entrance, extra bed may be added.

" Ulisse " - Single room with bath, air conditioned, heating, TV, balcony with sea view, independent entrance and french bed size.

" Afrodite " - Single room with bath in corridor,TV, air conditioned, heating, balcony with sea view, indipendent entrance and extra bed may be added

In the price are included breakfast, room cleaning, bed linen and bathroom towels.

Check In must be concordate at the least 24h the arrival day. No check in after 8.00 p.m. will be accepeted without confirmation of the owener.

SELF CATERING APARTMENTS:

- Casa Turchese, (Taormina seaside) for 2/4 people.

- Dei Siculi (Taormina historic center) for 2/4 people.

- Panoramico (Taormina centre) for 2/4 people.

- Manù (Taormina centre) for 2 people.

For accomodation in self catering apartment are included in the price:

a) full equipped kitchen;

b) energetic supplying, bed linen.

Are not in the price and pay cash at the keyholder:

1) final cleaning (35,00 - 60,00 euro);

2) bathroom towels (only on request at the price of 11,00 per person per change);

3) air condition use (0,25 cent for kwh).

At the arrival will be requested the total amount by cash and a deposit caution of 150,00 euro.

Check in:

the apartment will be cleaned and not before 15:00 is guarantee. Contact us by email to fix the time arrival and meeting point. After 20:30 will be requested the night service if not concordate the late arrival with the keyholder.

Check out:

the apartment must be free not after 11.00 a.m.

For no show, cancellation or advanced departure will be charge in the credit card sent to confirm the reservation, the 100% of the total amount.

We can arrange Taormina airport pick-up if you need - please call us. Cost is 65 Euro for up to 3 persons and then 25 Euro extra per person.
