Hotel Del Lago, Arezzo, Italy

In the countryside between Arezzo and Florence, surrounded by the Pratomagno and the Chianti hills lies Hotel del Lago, on the shores of San Cipriano Lake near to Parco di Cavriglia.

The elegant simplicity of the building of Hotel del Lago is apparant at first sight for anybody who comes down the wide driveway. You can easily understand that it was an ancient Tuscan farm of the end of the XIX century.

In front of it there is San Cipriano Lake, which enriches the landscape and the park of Hotel del Lago with the freshness of its woods.

Hotel del Lago in Cavriglia has 19 rooms on the first floor and 9 rooms on the round floor:

- 12 single bedrooms with shower.

- 16 double bedrooms with shower (10 of these bedrooms can have the third bed) .

Our rooms are very pleasant with wooden furniture, comfortable orthopaedical mattresses, iron chandeliers and bedside carpets. The ceilings with wooden beams and the brick floors make the rooms extremely nice and comfortable.

PC connection, TV LCD 20 set, valuables care at the reception, left-luggage office and wake-up service are available in each room. The large windows with wooden shutters opens on to an unforgettable view, on to the green Tuscan countryside and the sweet landscape of San Cipriano Lake.

Check in after 13.00 and check out at 11.00 o'clock.

By car

From North exit the A1 at Incisa Valdarno, here follow the direction for Figline Valdarno and after a few km on the SS69 turn right at the crossroad for Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni. Then turn right again and Hotel del Lago is on the shores of San Cipriano Lake.

From South exit the A1 at Valdarno, here follow the direction for San Giovanni Valdarno and after a few km on the SS69 turn left at the crossroad for Castelnuovo dei Sabbioni. Then turn right and Hotel del Lago is on the shores of San Cipriano Lake.

By plane

From Florence airport Amerigo Vespucci you can travel to Hotel del Lago by private taxi or by hiring a car. It is about 44 km to Hotel del Lago from the airport.

By train

Hotel del Lago is 3,5 km from San Giovanni Valdarno station and 6 km from Figline Valdarno station. There, you can easily call a taxi that will take you to Hotel del Lago in 5 minutes.
