The receptionist and the house-keeper very helpful.We were welcomed and the room was very clean and seen too every day. New towels daily. Situated on Via Etnea, is very near to the daily market and a ten minute walk to the train, bus coach station. Very convenient location.

Made a reservation, made the prepayment; arrived there and realized they didn't book our room. I don't see how that's possible, especially when you make a prepayment! We were booked by the owners at a really poor nearby hotel for the same money but that's not what we asked for. Not recommended.
