The breakfast had many varieties (eggs, sausage, bakery, jams, potatoes etc) the egyptian beans didnot appeal to me very much.
Staff was very helpful.
Marketing representative in the hotel arranged several trips for us . including bedwoin dinner, aqua park and motorbikes, and Ras Mohamed parkI took the advise of one of the staff and used public transportation to go to Neama. Public transportation is very clean and nice and cheap.
I didnt enjoy Neama very much . its tooo crowded and the store men hassle you to buy things.
I enjoyed Soho Square more, this is only a few minutes by transportation. Its much more elegant and less crowdedA lovely, cheerful clean hotel and much more than I expected
Overall a pleasant experience. Low price, good breakast, clean comfortable room with a sitting room attached, friendly staff and pools were lovely.
Only set back was the location ,which was a little far from Neama bay but it was close to Soho square which is even better than Neama and more classy.
I would recommend this place if you are on a low budget and looking for a clean quite place.
It was a complete disaster. We arrived at night and the hotel felt deserted. Finally one of the staff came but since he didn't speak English we had a hard time communicating. We were given a very small room even though they said the rooms were spacious. Room door would not shut and we had to use one of the chairs to keep it closed. We tried to order some food but the kitchen was not working. The a/c was not working properly not to mention the tap water color was brownish so we could not shower and it was extremely humid. To make a long story short we left the next day and found a better deal. A very poorly managed hotel.
I enjoyed my time there very much. Price was my main concern as it was quite cheap. however I found very friendly staff, clean rooms and descent food at very affordable prices. and the pools were lovely
For night life I went to Neama Bay which is about 6 km. I used public transportation which was at about euro 1 per way.
Definately I would stay there again

It was a disgusting experience to say the least.
We arrived from London on the night of 12th Dec. The hotel is located hardly a couple of km away from airport - but is far off from the main attractions Naama or Fanara Beach. We had to literally wait for half an hour before we could see someone at the reception - there were no staff and we were the only ones staying in that night (says a lot abt the place). The room they took us into was probably not opened for weeks - was dusty. We ordered for food - which was cost a bomb - rice / 2 small pieces of chicken grill and french fries small portion for 8 Sterling (quite something). They even forgot the fries - we had to remind them again. In the morning they couldn't serve the breakfast in time as they were no staff in kitchen. My sincere advice and request is to take this off the list - unless you want to mislead travellers and lead them to hassles.
