Great 81%

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

everything was more or less fine, especially location is in great place!
except one thing made out stay a bit bitter - some ladies had a bbq party just outside of the building near the front of reception, and they were damn noisy till late, probably till about 1am. and as the room was facing front it wasn't easy to get asleep, staff did nothing to calm them down.

Close to everything you'd want to see in Bath. Nice, tidy if not fancy room with a great view over Bath - very good for the money. Decent buffet breakfast though I might suggest a few alternative toppings like cheese or something instead of just jam for the bread. I thought it was excellent value for money overall.

YMCA Bath - very good indeed. We extended our stay in Bath having stayed in a major Hotel for two nights. The YMCA was fine. We would stay again. Good location, relatively quiet.

Reception staff very friendly, gave us maps of bars and helped us plan a really good evening in Bath. Accommodation very basic, but good central location near all the bars/restaurants/clubs.

Would recommend it. Thanks :)

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The YMCA in Bath has a great location, and everything you could want to see is in easy walking distance. Unfortunately, this does also mean that on weekends you do tend to hear quite a lot of the noise from nearby pubs.

The room was great, and the bathrooms cleaned daily and kept in an excellent condition. The lounge area was good, although I didn't use it often. The bonus of free WiFi use if you have your own laptop is also great.
