My partner and myself stayed here for one night....unfortunately one night too long..the coldest nov in 17 years they say and we were put in an equally cold room. Was not funny at all, complained to owners they said they would bleed radiators while we were out shopping. Came back to find nothing had improved. was given a fan heater. Bathroom was even too cold to sit and had a wee..we stay in birmingham regularly but never had a hotel room so damn cold. Birmingham was so busy this weekend and was an end result otherwise we would had easily taken business elsewhere. The hotel on the good side was clean but in temperatures as low as we experienced and a room as cold as that nothing compensates..you expect a hotel to be warm at least. So if anyone is thinking of booking up ask firstly and stay away from room number 6....
