The Beachcomber Hotel is run by Two Italian Sisters. We offer a warm & inviting atmosphere and give a friendly efficient service. Above all we take pride in it's high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
We have 10 rooms, All have en-suite bathrooms, television, and tea/coffee making facilities are standard. We also have double, twin and Family rooms available.
Our spacious Dining room has a relaxed, informal atmosphere. Meals are served in the Dining room, with individual tables allocated for each guest room.
No smoking
We provide a hearty English breakfast of fruit juices, cereals & fruit, bacon, egg, sausage, tomato, and baked beans, followed by toast with marmalade, While those requiring vegetarian breakfast are equally well catered for. We also offer a range of teas and coffees to suit most tastes. Evening meals Available on request:from @ £10.00 per person.
Because of our central position, the Hotel is ideal for conference delegates and dancers and your transport costs are kept to a minimum.

Day of Arrival.
Guest arriving earlier may leave luggage
in Hotel until Rooms are available.
Please make sure to notify the
Hotel the time of arrival.
We Kindly request that Rooms
be vacated by 10.30am.
In the Event of Cancellation,
the Deposit Paid is Non-Refundable.
GUEST WILL BE CHARGED 100% WHEN CANCELLING LATER THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE
The accommodation will be re-let if
No notification has been received by 5.30pm
on the day of arrival.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility
For loss of guest's property Unless
.Handed in for safe custody.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend,
Curtail or terminate any contract should the
Conduct of any party who is a party to that
Contract cause any detriment to the well-being or
Comfort of other guest.

Directions
Turn off the M55 at Junction 4. Then take the A583 (Blackpool/North Shore) Follow this Road Pass the Windmill on the left and stay on the A583 until you reach a set of Traffic Lights "you should see a CSL furniture Store on the Left". Head straight over the Lights onto the B5390. You will go trough a further 5 Sets Of Traffic Lights. immediately after the 5th set of light TURN LEFTINTO READS AVENUE.
Beachcomber is the 3rd building on the left.
