We got an "upgrade" from a fan room to an a/c room, but the a/c obviously didn't work. So we asked for an extra fan, but they had none. They didn't also offer us any solution and we had to ask for ourselves if they have another fan room available .

Our hotel is located at Melasti Street, Lebak Bene, Legian Klod, Kuta, and Bali. Take 10 minutes drive from the airport.
From International Ngurah Rai Airport turn left to Kartika Plaza Street, then turn left to Kuta Beach Street (along 2.5 kilo metres), then turn right around 100 metres come to Melasti Street, turn right again around 100 metres to Lebak Bene Street, on the turning is our hotel located.

We got an "upgrade" from a fan room to an a/c room, but the a/c obviously didn't work. So we asked for an extra fan, but they had none. They didn't also offer us any solution and we had to ask for ourselves if they have another fan room available ... in the end we got our booked fan room which was much better than the a/c room, so we discovered that our "upgrade" in the beginning was a downgrade in real terms.
